Well if you've seen my previous post on Matcha- you'll know i'm obsessed with this power house ingredient!
Not only is Matcha amazing for memory and brain health, but it's also a powerful antioxidant providing many anti-cancer and cardio-protective effects.
This quick, healthy, and super filling brekky is the ultimate way to start your day allowing you to function at your best.
Base Ingredients:
o 1/2 cup of rolled oats
o 3/4 cup almond milk (I use Nutty Bruce)
o Tbl spoon of matcha Powder
o Tea spoon of honey
+ Optional extras:
o Tbl spoon of cacao nibs
o Tbl spoon of pumpkin seeds
o Tbl spoon of sunflower seeds
o Tbl spoon of chia seeds
Method:
Mix all ingredients together either over the stove or in a microwaveable bowl
Cook on stove on medium-low for around 3-4 minutes while stirring OR in microwave for 90seconds
Serve with a dash of extra almond milk
