Nutrition consultations with Lani include an in-depth holistic assessment of your health, including a comprehensive analysis of nutrient intake, dietary behaviours, lifestyle factors, personal and family medical history, review of body systems and pathology results (blood tests and functional testing, if available), and any other physical examinations that may be necessary. Following your consultation, you will be provided with a treatment plan that will encompass dietary, lifestyle, and (if relevant) supplement/nutraceutical recommendations. These individualised treatment plans always take your main health goals and priorities into account, ensuring that strategies to overcome any barriers are always identified so that the treatment plan may work to its highest ability for you personally.

Please note: 

• Treatment plans will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days.

• Upfront payment is required. You will be sent a digital invoice after you book a consultation.

• Recipe-based meal plans are only available at an additional cost, please reach out to Lani if you would like to add this to your treatment and she can give a price estimate depending on your needs.

• All first-time clients or clients who have not had a consultation for 2 or more years at the clinic must do an Initial Consultation, Follow-Up Consultations only come after this has occurred.

• Any recommended supplements and nutraceuticals will be at an additional price to the consultation fee. You will have the option to order these online or in-store at your own local chemist or health food store.
