Nutrition Consultations

​There are two nutrition consultation types available: 

• Initial Nutrition Consultation | $175 (45-minutes) + 15-minute post-consult phone call (optional) – to discuss the treatment plan. New clients.

• Follow-up Nutrition Consultation | $90 (30-minutes). Existing clients only.

Nutrition consultations with Lani include an in-depth holistic assessment of your health, including a comprehensive analysis of nutrient intake, dietary behaviours, lifestyle factors, personal and family medical history, review of body systems and pathology results (blood tests and functional testing, if available), and any other physical examinations that may be necessary. Following your consultation, you will be provided with a treatment plan that will encompass dietary, lifestyle, and (if relevant) supplement/nutraceutical recommendations. These individualised treatment plans always take your main health goals and priorities into account, ensuring that strategies to overcome any barriers are always identified so that the treatment plan may work to its highest ability for you personally.

Please note: 

• Treatment plans will be emailed to you within 1-3 days.

• You will be sent your invoice for payment once you have received your treatment plan (no upfront payment required)

• Recipe-based meal plans are only available at an additional cost, please reach out to Lani if you would like to add this to your treatment and she can give a price estimate depending on your needs.

• All first-time clients must do an initial consultation, follow-ups only come after this has occurred.

• Any recommended supplements and nutraceuticals will be at an additional price to the consultation fee. You will have the option to order these through Lani, if desired.

• Cancellations: It is requested that you let Lani know at least 24hrs prior to a set consultation time if cancellation is required.

• SATURDAY & SUNDAYS: Available upon repuest
