Why I created Practitioner to Pro
A note from founder, Lani
"Practitioner to Pro wasn't built as just another mentoring program to teach you more and more clinical skills. You've got those, I know you do. You don't need me to teach you more about the gut microbiome, you need me to fill the space between. You need the business skills no one teaches you. You need the strategies high performing individuals use to accelerate not just their impact, but their income too. Because profit is oxygen – and if you want to be able to support more people to live healthier lives, you have to be able to survive in this career. But I don't want clinicians to just survive... I want them to thrive. Truly.
I feel our industry, fundamentally, has a gate keeping problem. Finances, business plans, tools, scaling; it's often all left up to every individual to trial and error their way through. This can take years. Years that I believe you don't need to waste.
Practitioner to Pro was born more out of frustration than anything.
When I graduated there were so many hurdles I had to jump just to get my clinic and career off the ground. Every time I had a question I felt it was my fault I didn't have the answer. How do I set up health fund rebates? What am I allowed to post online? Which AI tools are worthwhile setting up? The obstacles were endless. So as I faced each of these challenges, I swore to myself I wouldn't let others clinicians have to navigate this all so blindly ever again.
And so Practitioner to Pro was born.
Every hurdle I had to jump. Every question that went unanswered. I have poured it all into this program. All my years of industry experience from building a clinic to working in one of the fastest growing start-ups in the healthcare system globally have taught me a thing or two, and I want to share all the lessons I learnt along the way with you all.
Our industry will only get stronger if we each individually level up. It's not me versus you. One clinician's success doesn't mean there's less opportunity to go around for all the others. I feel that's the narrative at the moment. And I've seen in realtime that it's the exact opposite. One clinician's success is a success for us all.
There's no need for every individual practitioner to waste 3, 5, 10+ years fumbling their way through the beginning stages of business. I want you to hit the ground running and start making an impact immediately.
