About Lani

Lani is an accredited Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc) and speaker specialising in women’s hormonal and metabolic health. Based in Cronulla, NSW, she supports clients Australia-wide online via Telehealth and in-person from her Cronulla clinic.

In private practice, she helps women address the nutrition-linked drivers behind PMOS (formerly PCOS), insulin resistance, hormonal acne, endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause challenges, iron deficiency, fatigue, stress and cortisol dysregulation, metabolic health, weight management, and teen female athlete health challenges (including RED-S)

Having been featured in Mamamia, news.com.au, 9Honey, Body+Soul, Refinery29, Peppermint magazine, Wellbeing Wild magazine and more, Lani’s work blends evidence-based nutrition with a holistic, prevention-led approach – helping women and teenage girls build sustainable habits for long-term wellbeing.

Beyond 1:1 client work, Lani regularly delivers nutrition workshops and seminars, lectures, and guest speaking – particularly for schools, workplaces, sporting clubs, and fitness studios. She also creates recipes, content, and education resources for wellness brands and businesses.

In other roles, Lani is the Head of Sports Nutrition at the NSW Tonga Netball Association. She is also on Endeavour College of Natural Health’s Academic Discipline Committee Biosciences. She is proud founder of the Think Well Project – an evidence-based school program that helps teens fuel, focus and feel-good – and Practitioner to Pro, an up-skilling and mentoring program for natural health clinicians across Australia.
