Aussie Nutritionist & Naturopath Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
1. Promoter
This promotion is jointly conducted by Practitioner to Pro and Notrispace (together, the "Promoters").
2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 5:00pm AEST on Monday 17 August 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 21 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older and are clinicians or practitioners working in the health, wellness or allied health industry.
Entrants must reside in Australia and provide a valid Australian state or territory of residence when completing the entry form.
Employees of either Promoter, their immediate family members, and businesses or agencies directly involved in administering this promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must:
1. Follow the Practitioner to Pro Instagram account;
2. Follow the Notrispace Instagram account;
3. Tag a fellow Australian-based practitioner in the comments of the official giveaway posts; and
4. Complete and submit the official giveaway entry form via the link provided in the relevant Instagram bio.
One valid practitioner tag constitutes one entry.
Entrants may tag multiple eligible practitioners in separate comments to receive additional entries.
Each tagged person must be a genuine individual account and must meet the eligibility requirements of this promotion.
The Promoters reserve the right to reject or remove entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, misleading or otherwise invalid.
5. Entry limits
Each eligible entrant may submit multiple entries by tagging additional eligible practitioner.
Multiple tags of the same person will not constitute additional valid entries.
The Promoters may disqualify entries where they reasonably believe an entrant is attempting to manipulate the entry process.
6. Prize
There will be one winning entrant.
The winner will receive the following prizes for themselves:
- One annual Notrispace Growth Membership; and
- One Practitioner to Pro Base Membership.
The winner will also be able to nominate one eligible Australian practitioner, who will receive:
- One annual Notrispace Growth Membership; and
- One Practitioner to Pro Base Membership.
The total prize pool is valued at $1,163.98 AUD, comprising two annual Notrispace Growth Memberships and two Practitioner to Pro Base Memberships.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The prizes are subject to the standard terms, conditions and eligibility requirements applicable to the relevant Notrispace subscription and Practitioner to Pro membership.
7. Winner selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will take place on Friday 21 August 2026 at 5:30pm AEST.
The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or Instagram account details provided during entry.
The winner will have 14 days from the date they are contacted to respond and claim the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Nominated friend
The winner may nominate one eligible practitioner friend to receive the second set of prizes.
The nominated friend must satisfy the eligibility requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
The nominated friend does not need to have entered the competition themselves.
The Promoters may require confirmation from the nominated friend that they agree to receive the prize before the prize is awarded.
9. Verification
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of any entry and the eligibility of any entrant or nominated friend.
An entrant may be required to provide reasonable evidence of their eligibility.
The Promoters may disqualify an entrant where they reasonably believe the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions or has attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the promotion.
10. Personal information
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to:
- administer the promotion;
- verify entries and eligibility;
- contact the winner;
- facilitate delivery of the prizes; and
- analyse responses to the clinic management software survey.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of the Promoters.
11. Marketing communications
As a condition of entering this promotion, entrants consent to receiving commercial email communications from both Practitioner to Pro and Notrispace, including product and service updates, educational resources, promotions, offers and other information about their respective products and services.
By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that their email address will be provided to and used by both Practitioner to Pro and Notrispace for these marketing purposes.
Entrants may withdraw their consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in the relevant email.
Each Promoter will maintain appropriate records of consent and comply with applicable Australian privacy and spam laws.
12. Market research
As part of entering the promotion, entrants may be asked questions about their current clinic management software and the features they consider important in clinic management software.
The Promoters may use responses to these questions for internal market research, product development, business planning and aggregated reporting.
The Promoters may publish aggregated or de-identified findings from the survey, but will not publicly identify individual entrants without their consent.
13. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering this promotion, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion.
14. Changes to the promotion
Subject to applicable law, the Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoters will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage entrants.
15. Prize substitution
If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoters' reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
16. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any technical malfunction, network failure, website or platform outage, lost or delayed entries, or other technical issue that may prevent an entrant from successfully participating in the promotion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian law.
17. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and any applicable state or territory laws governing trade promotions.
